Using the Video Library

Over time, you will record dozens or even hundreds of videos through LoomR. The Video Library helps you organize, search, and reuse your best recordings.

Saving Videos to Your Library

Every video you record through LoomR is automatically saved to your library. Each saved video includes a thumbnail preview, the original recording details, tags, and performance metrics.

Tagging Your Videos

Tags are the most powerful way to organize your library.

How to Add Tags

  1. Open any video in your library by clicking on it.
  2. Click the Add Tag button below the video preview.
  3. Type a tag name and press Enter. You can add multiple tags.

Suggested Tagging Strategies

  • By product or category — Tags like "ceramic-mug," "gift-box," or "subscription-starter."
  • By tone or occasion — Tags like "holiday," "thank-you," "first-order," or "VIP."
  • By quality — Tag your best recordings with "featured" or "top-pick."

Reusing Videos

Sometimes you receive multiple orders for the same product. Instead of recording a new video each time, you can reuse an existing recording.

  1. Open your Video Library and search or filter by tags.
  2. Click Reuse This Video on the video you want to send.
  3. Select the pending task you want to apply it to.

When to Reuse vs. Record Fresh

  • Reuse when you have a high-quality video for the same product and the original did not mention the customer by name.
  • Record fresh when the order is unique or the customer is a repeat buyer you want to recognize.

Searching and Filtering

  • Search by keyword — Type a customer name, product, or tag.
  • Filter by tag — Click on any tag to see all matching videos.
  • Sort options — Sort by date or engagement metrics.

Deleting Videos

Deleted videos are permanently removed. The original email sent to the customer will still work — deleting from your library does not affect previously delivered videos.
